He consumes 6 meals in a single day. In his breast fast, he eats 20 egg white and 2 whole eggs, oat, salad, whey protein shake mix with milk and peanut butter, and berries. After this, he takes nuts, fruits, juice, and BCAA.

Later, he eats brown bread and drinks his protein shake along with creatine before gym workout.
